COURSE OVERVIEW

Our Management Communication Skills online course will equip delegates with the knowledge and skills to effectively communicate interpersonally with other Management / Supervisory coworkers. This half day course is intended for Business Owners, Managers and Supervisors.

Introduction – understanding interpersonal communication
Key Components – understanding the key components of communication
Evaluating Personal Communication – recognizing personal skills and styles of communication and understanding the skills required to be an effective communicator
Identifying Communication Barriers – understanding personal communication barriers and improvement techniques
Communication Styles – understanding the different communication styles and how to effectively use these
Non-Verbal Communication – understanding non-verbal communication, its significance and value
Building Workplace Relationships – developing and maintaining effective, mutually beneficial workplace relationships
Evaluating Emotional Intelligence – understanding and developing interpersonal social skills through self-awareness
Q&A Session
