COURSE OVERVIEW
Our short online course on Effective Direct & Cross Examinations will enable delegates to skillfully extract information which is useful to the case and / or attempt to dismantle the credibility of an opponents witnesses testimony. This half day course is intended for Chairpersons, Managers, HR Professionals, Legal Advisers and Union Reps.

Preparing for Examinations – Understanding all requirements and paperwork
General Questioning Techniques – Range of questioning, open & leading questions, length of questions etc.
Assessing Witness Credibility through Demeanour, Corroboration, Consistency, Probability and Reliability
Case Studies & Role Play
