Introduction – a brief history and understanding of Trade Unions in South Africa

Trade Union Rights – understanding organisational rights as set out by the Labour Relations Act

Trade Union Recognition – understanding the Procedures and Agreements required for union recognition

Union Strikes – an in-depth understanding of Trade Union Strikes in South Africa as determined by the Labour Relations Act, including the right to strike, protected / unprotected strikes, salary / wage payments during a strike etc.
