DLC Consulting (established in 2001) is a human resources and workplace law consulting company operating in South Africa and Sub Sahara Africa which provides employment law consulting advice and a full range of certificated labour law training programmes for team leaders, supervisors, foremen and managers.

We have products and services to assist both small, medium and large size organisations with any HR and training needs. We help with inter alia all contracts and policies and procedure development, ccma, chairing hearings, employment equity compliance, managing poor performance, reducing absenteeism and health and safety as well as provide topical seminars and full 2 to 3 day training courses on all relevant legal compliance risk topics.
