SUPERVISORY SKILLS COURSE

COURSE OVERVIEW

This 3 - day online course borken up into 3 hour modules is aimed at giving employees with limited exposure to supervising and employee relations an in-depth understanding of the skills and competencies that make up a super supervisor!  Mostly the delegates will be introduced to terminology and basic concepts in the supervisory environment, whilst also looking at the external forces that impact on managing teams in SA.  At the end of the course the delegates will be better equipped to know their rights and obligations in the workplace and how to address problems which may have volume, profit, quality and safety implications, and thus avoid costly mistakes.   More than this many experienced supervisors have difficulty in motivating and leading their subordinates to achieve greater results.  They lack either the knowledge or the understanding.  This often leads to low moral and poor productivity.
